Cathe Flood has been with the Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local Union #2 since 1990. For the first three and a half years she worked half time for the Fund Office and half time for the Local. In 1994 she became Office Manager and Bookkeeper full time for the Local. Due to unfortunate circumstances she left in September 1996 and returned in November 1998. She handles all HR issues and the blue books for apprentices to make certain they receive their raises from the contractors and reimbursements from the Local.
